On Earth Day, CARP Hawai'i supported our local Oahu organizations that want to improve sustainability. We went to Kailua Beach to help pick up trash for the safety of the creatures and people. The organizations had many helpers. There were seven participants from CARP Hawai'i who volunteered. Everyone had an amazing time helping clean our Aina, our land. In Hawai'i, our Aina is very sacred. CARP Hawai'i is always happy to protect and clean our sacred land. We plan to start our own beach clean up in the upcoming semester!
