On August 31st, September 1st, and September 4th, CARP New Jersey and Generation Peace Academy (GPA) collaborated on the True Love Bakery service project. It has been hard on everyone as the community has not been able to meet up face to face, but through the action of visiting their homes with gifts of homemade cookies, some scripture, and singing songs, we hoped to give our love and appreciation.

On Saturday, August 15, 8 PM Eastern time, CARP America teamed up with the youth of Korea and Japan to create the 2020 HyoJeong Conference! The theme of the conference was the reunification of the Korean peninsula, a central focus in Father and Mother Moon’s work for peace.

On May 30, 2020, CARP Las Vegas concluded our ten-day virtual workshop, an endeavor utilizing our full investment. Our tradition has been to hold a similar workshop twice a year to end each semester together, but this semester our workshop was more important than ever before. With the many challenges facing our society and world, CARP wanted to be a source of inspiration and hope for all of our members, and it was vital that we could end the semester strongly. Through the hard work of the core members of CARP LV and through the participation and efforts of all of the attendees, the first ten-day workshop of CARP LV was a complete success.

Midwest Retreat shares God’s Story: Awakening Our Life’s Purpose

From May 21 to 23, Midwest CARP hosted its first virtual workshop. Fifty-four participants joined the event nationwide and even from Canada, London, and Austria. The theme was “God’s Story: Awakening Our Life’s Purpose,” highlighting the significance of events in human history. Speakers—Rosia Schmitt, Jinil Fleischman, Josue Kisile, and Adelina Lazar—shared about the heart of God, concluding the workshop with the significance of our roles in building God’s ideal family with the values promoted through Headwing Thought.
